CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY MADHOUSE TOURS

Madhouse Tours has the right to cancel a tour. In that case, the customer will immediately be informed. Any funds already paid will be refunded.

Madhouse Tours does not accept any liability for any damages and/or costs on the part of the customer, as a result of a cancellation.

In case of misconduct of the client and/or any other person(s) involved in the tour, it may be decided to cancel the tour without refund.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation by the customer must take place in writing. The date of cancellation is the date of receipt by Madhouse Tours. In the event of cancellation, Madhouse Tours feels compelled to charge the following:

  • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the tour date, 50% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to the tour date, 100% of the total amount.
